Licenses

Bison Router licenses are provided for a specific maximum throughput, with the most common licenses being: from 2 Gbps up to 100 Gbps. We offer monthly or yearly pay-as-you-go licenses with customer support.

However, we are attentive to the needs of each customer and can offer a bespoke solution and commercial offer depending on your circumstances.

Performance

Subject to the exact hardware specification, Bison Router can usually achieve:

  • 10 Gbps throughput per core and it scales with the number of cores. In general, on a multi-core system, up to 100 Gbps, up to 40Mpps.
  • Up to 50 thousand IPoE or PPPoE subscriber sessions.
  • Millions of concurrent NAT connections.
  • Millions of routes.
